Performing Arts

All Middle and Senior School students are a part of a choir. The skills they are developing are pitch, rhythm and the correct breathing and posture required for singing. They will also explore terms such as tempo, dynamics, tone and  a variety of performance skills. This term the students will also attempt to write and record their own songs during their music lessons. All Middle and Senior School students will be performing at Forest Lodge Retirement Village to sing to the residents.

Our Junior School students are developing skills in characterisation, voice projection, expression and stage presence. They are also developing confidence, self esteem and becoming a risk taker during their drama lessons and during their performances on stage.

Students also participate in drama games and activities to extend their skills in resilience, co-operation, tolerance and respect.
